The title says it all. I especially love the cookbook because it gives the option of creating recipes for one or a family. I have a busy schedule (like most) so it makes it a lot easier not having to divide servings all the time. Also, what I love about it is that the food is delicious and EASY to make. It makes eating healthy worth it.

I ordered my books on February 12, 2010. They were shipped out February 15, 2010. It is March 17, 2010 and my books haven't arrived yet. I am in Japan and it never takes this long to receive any kind of package. I order online all the time and the max it has taken something to get to me is two weeks. This is ridiculous. I am very disappointed with this seller. I do not fault Amazon because I purchase from them all time and get most items back in a week. This seller is the problem.

This is a great set, even if you are not looking to lose weight, but just to get healthy. The cookbooks offer a great variety of low calorie recipes that take some of your favorite foods and make them into healthy recipes. The preparation time is minimal, usually around 20 and you have a healthy meal, including desserts that are good for you.

I purchased the Biggest Loser set of 3 books as a Christmas present to myself because I knew I wanted to start eating healthier and exercising more this year. Also, I'm a big fan of the Biggest Loser show and am amazed at the transformation these people make. The cookbook is filled with a lot of great recipes with color pictures and step by step directions. There are tips from former Biggest Loser contestants, as well as pictures of them. The fitness guide has tons of exercises with pictures demonstrating exactly how to do them. There is a log in the back to track your exercising. There is so much good reading in this book that anyone interested in getting fit should benefit from the book. The calorie counting book is set up by foods (ie. beverages, cereals, condiments, eggs, etc.) I don't really care for the calorie guide. The print is quite small, as is with most calorie counting guides. I get frustrated trying to find a specific food. Sometimes it's easier to read labels. Overall, this is a great set of books. The price was reasonable and the delivery was quick too.
